I've been trying hard to get in the right mindset for a lot of the things I'll be doing starting on January. I've been trying to focus on taking my meds daily. I've been trying to watch what I eat. (To that end, I actually started over at SparkPeople. In the next couple of days, I'm going to sit down with my list and formulate a plan for the daily things that I want to do. Getting organized is going to be a big step in reaching my goals.
